Education thus needs to start early in life, as people will feel more inclined to accept gay individuals if they learn that there is very little differentiating them from this group. By creating communities consisting out of gay and heterosexual people and having them collaborate without feeling any hesitation, the government would practically assist the masses in learning that there is nothing wrong with being gay. The authorities have to focus on making it possible for members of LGBT communities to get actively involved in helping society any way that they can and in putting their abilities into practice when this is needed. Through doing this, gay people would demonstrate that they are capable of performing the same actions that heterosexual people perform and that their sexual preferences has no influence whatsoever over who they are as a person. Something needs to change and reform is only going to happen through education, as this is one of the best methods of addressing the problem of LGBT discrimination. The general public is more effective when it functions as a body than when its communities function separately.
